Our funders include Major Australian Banks and securitised funding.
The funders provide Iden with delegated lending authority, allowing us to provide you with very quick turnaround time on decisions associated with loan applications, variations, increases, substitutions and bridging loans. We also have fully featured products with linked Visa cards for accessing funds at an ATM or EFTPOS, offset account for depositing funds, and secure on line internet Banking for paying bills.
Our products therefore, have all you need to help you with your next purchase, or consolidating or refinancing your home or investment property.
Iden deals with accredited authorised licensed mortgage brokers, under the new National NCCP legislation managed by ASIC.
We have a range of loans available, with a range of interest rates. Our highest rate is 9.5%pa.
