The Iden Group is a leading provider of financial service products to finance brokers and their members Australia wide, offering home loans, leasing, commercial property and property development finance. We are a privately owned company with our head office based at Parramatta.
We have a wide range of funding relationships in place, representing many well regarded local and international banks, in addition to some of Australia's largest securitized wholesale lenders.
We hold in-house delegated lending authorities from our funders that enable us to approve, process, settle and manage transactions from our Parramatta offices. As we are responsible for all the key areas of the loan process, we are able to deliver a superior service experience to our customers, both brokers and borrowers.
